Sales Manager (Handphone / Laptop Company) Location: Kuching Area (might need to outstation - within Sarawak) Requirement: 1. Malaysian 2. Age 20-35 3. Can speak Mandarin, English, Malay 4. Possessed own transport 5. Min Diploma, Have sales experience / Retail Experience / Retail related experience Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm Salary Range: RM2500 - RM5000 (Basic + Allowance + Incentive) EPF, SOCSO, Insurance covered. Job Scope:

• Responsible to achieve the sell through/out target via executing the overall plan in certain City.
• Develop new retailers & dealers. Build rapport with retailers, dealers, store managers and their employees
• Assist to resolve issues, achieve store coverage rate, provide training to achieve retail store sell out target.
• Manage & train RE and promoter team, ensure punctuality & attendance, set sell out target and ensure achievement.
• Make sure Honor retail store mount up POSM and gift, live demo units display, keep up brand image according to the guideline to build brand awareness.
• Execute retail promotions/ activities to achieve good results. Develop area promotion plan to increase sell out.
• Gather & report customer feedback, competitive activities and market situation.
