Sales Manager

to lead our sales growth.

ROLE FOCUS



Manage and drive the

sales team

to achieve revenue targets for existing and new projects. Focus is mainly on

closing deals

,

Client relationship management

, and

sales team performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



1. Sales Leadership



- Supervise the sales team and assign sales targets.

- Lead, motivate and guide the Sales team to close high-value projects

- Track and report monthly and yearly sales performance against targets.

- Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and deal closure.

- Support senior clients and handle escalations.

- Monitor quotation pipeline and revenue performance.

- Establish pricing guidelines, negotiation strategies & discount approvals

2. Design Quality & Proposal Direction



- Oversee design standards to ensure alignment with brand identity

- Review major / high-value design proposals

- Ensure budgeting accuracy, material specifications & buildability feasibility

- Ensure compliance with renovation regulations and safety requirements

3. Team Management & Development



- Lead recruitment, onboarding and training for Sales IDs

- Coach team members in sales closing, design knowledge & communication skills

- Conduct quarterly performance reviews

4. Operations & Project Coordination



- Improve and enforce SOPs from Sales ? Design ? Site

- Coordinate with Design & Project teams to ensure smooth handover of client requirement to design and project department.

- Resolve escalations for client complaints, variations, delays

- Ensure documentation and timelines are followed

5. Customer Experience Management



- Maintain high customer satisfaction

- Implement service recovery plans

- Strengthen referral and after-sales strategies

6. Marketing and Brand Support



- Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns , promotions and social media content.

REQUIREMENTS



- 7-10 years experience in interior design / renovation industry

- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Proven leadership to lead a Sales or Design team

- Strong track record in closing high-value projects

- Knowledge in 3D, AutoCAD, costing and construction is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
