Requirements

• 2+ years in a sales management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Target-driven with a proven track record.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Own transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Sales (preferred).
• Skills required: Sales Management, IT Hardware Sales and Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales executives.
• Drive new sales in photocopiers, rental contracts, and service agreements.
• Unlock cross-selling opportunities with Interactive Flat Panels / Smart Boards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME and corporate clients.
• Ensure contract renewals and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and design effective sales strategies.
