Responsible for achieving the overall sales function and activities of the projects with the aim of achieving the Company's sales targets.
Research and develop marketing opportunities, sales plans, and marketing strategies.
Implement company policies, procedures, and property development requirements.
Recruit, train, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and ensure smooth departmental operations.
Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns, monitor progress, and evaluate their effectiveness.
Conduct market research and trend analysis to ensure project competitiveness, accurate pricing, and effective marketing strategies, while building strong product differentiation through benchmarking.
Coordinate and implement sales activities, including events, public relations, and advertising.
Ensure sales data and reports are updated accurately and on time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Min 5 years of experience in managing sales team
Strong knowledge & Experience in sales management/coordination
Experience from Property Development company/real estate company
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
