Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Johor Bahru. The Sales Manager will lead the sales team and manage customer relationships to achieve revenue targets. This role requires to establish new business opportunities, maintain an updated database of customer profiles, develop sales strategies and forecasts, and work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure timely delivery of orders. Qualifications Sales and marketing skills, experience in managing sales team and achieving revenue targets Experience in the manufacturing and/or industrial sectors Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyze sales data and develop sales forecast and strategies Excellent time management and organizational skills Bachelor\'s degree in sales, marketing, business administration or equivalent Proficiency in common office tools and CRM software Experience in the abrasive and/or coating industries will be an advantage
