An exciting Sales Manager (Johor) job has become available at a multinational automobile manufacturer. About the Automotive Sales Manager (Johor) Role:
This is a role for an aspiring leader who is looking forward to building and developing the business to a different level. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role manages the mainly on sales and marketing programmes to achieve desired sales objectives and goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Propose and implement branch/sales activities or programmes to attract customers to the showroom
• Oversee and guide sales executive/supervisor in implementing sales and marketing programmes set by the management to achieve desired objective and goals
• Adhere strictly to and implement the company\xe2\x80\x99s accounting polices accordingly pertaining to discount structure, claims, cash transactions, etc., and liaise with the Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Finance on all finance-related issues
• Ensure other trading incomes especially finance commission and insurance commission is obtained from vehicles sales so as to maximise vehicle profit
• Recruit sub-dealers and supporters for incremental unit sales
• Maintain good aftersales service towards customers
• Maintain good rapport with fleet owners, government department personnel and head office staff
• Ensure proper delegation of duties and responsibilities to the subordinates

To succeed in this Automotive Sales Manager (Johor) role, you must have prior experience in prior experience in sales management in the automotive industry. Key Requirements:

• At least a degree in business studies or related
• Minimum of five to eight years of work experience in a management role in sales
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, additional language skills is an advantage due to the nature of the role
• Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills
• Good knowledge of automotive terms and industries norms
