Salary Range:

RM4,000 - RM6,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Kaharo Jewels is an established luxury gold jewelry retailer known for its premium craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. As we expand across the Klang Valley region, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and oversee our branches in Bangi, Shah Alam, Sungai Buloh, and Batang Kali.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Growth and Business Development



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and branch performance to drive continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.

2. Team Leadership and Performance Management



Lead, supervise, and motivate sales teams across multiple outlets. Set KPIs, conduct performance assessments, and provide coaching for continuous improvement. Plan and deliver staff training to strengthen sales skills and product knowledge.

3. Customer Experience and Brand Standards



Ensure every customer receives a premium and consistent customer experience. Address customer feedback and complaints professionally. Promote strong client relationship management and personalized selling.

4. Store Operations and Inventory Control



Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with SOPs. Monitor stock levels, manage inventory accuracy, and minimize shrinkage. Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation are aligned with the brand's standards.

5. Marketing and Promotion Execution



Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and new product launches. Coordinate in-store activities with online marketing strategies. Identify local opportunities to enhance foot traffic and brand awareness.

6. Financial and Compliance Oversight



Review sales reports, KPIs, and operational performance regularly. Ensure adherence to company SOPs, financial regulations, and compliance standards. Oversee cash handling and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications and Requirements



Minimum SPM and above

(Diploma or Degree in Business/Retail Management is an added advantage). Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or retail management; luxury or jewelry retail experience is preferred. Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of inventory management, sales reporting, and POS systems. Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required. Willing to travel across Bangi, Shah Alam, Sungai Buloh, and Batang Kali.
