Responsibilities




Oversee Sales team, monitor performance, guide activities. Promote company products & services, enhance market presence. Handle sales inquiries (phone, email, face-to-face). Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities. Build & maintain long-term client relationships. Achieve customer satisfaction & meet sales goals. Develop strategies to increase sales volume. Manage & track sales budgets. Facilitate project status meetings with stakeholders. Improve sales feedback process for strategic planning. Collaborate with Project Management & Finance teams. Coordinate with Project Planning to implement client needs. Prepare sales figures, revenue projections, reports. Execute company directives for sales initiatives. Ensure compliance with legal, company policies, and ISO standards.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field. Minimum

5 years sales management experience

(preferably wooden box industry & Logistic is added bonus). Proven team leadership & revenue growth track record. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines. Excellent negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills. Awareness of

ISO 9001

&

GDPMD requirements

. Occasional travel to project sites required. Flexibility in working hours based on project needs.

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:




Basic : RM6,000 - RM 8,000 + commission (structure to be discussed)

* Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
