Petani) Overseeing the entire sales of General Trade. Developing and executing a comprehensive business plan, including sales strategies, and profit goals. Enhancing the visibility and market presence of Julie's brand to stimulate growth. Analyzing sales performance and territory dynamic, adjusting strategies as needed, and managing debt collection effectively. Implementing a robust sales management process to help the team identify and prioritize key customers and prospects. Monitoring the sales team's performance and driving them to achieve targets. Managing, training, and leading the sales team in the designated territory. Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to inform product improvements. Regularly reviewing and reporting on sales data and market analysis to senior management. Performing additional duties as assigned by the superiors or the Company.
