Kelayakan

• Must have sales experience in the food, tea beverage, or coffee industry.
• Must have at least 2 years of sales experience in Southeast Asia.
• Familiar with the food, tea beverage, and coffee industries in Southeast Asia.
• Possess comprehensive product knowledge and the ability to analyze competitive advantages of similar products.
• Understand industry trends and the current development status of the food, tea beverage, and coffee sectors.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain overseas markets; capable of deeply engaging in the local market and rapidly driving business growth.
• Proficient in English as a working language, with basic knowledge of Mandarin.
• Base: Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam are all acceptable. (Sales managers are needed in each country)

Tanggungjawab

• Responsible for developing the coffee market in Southeast Asia and other overseas regions.
• Track the sales process and guide the sales team in customer acquisition, analysis, follow-ups, feedback, and problem-solving.
• Manage the sales process in the assigned region, including customer acquisition, new contracts, and repeat purchases, while overseeing team growth and development.
• Lead the sales team by providing training, evaluation, and motivation, ensuring members have the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve sales targets.
• Collect and analyze sales data, including revenue, customer information, and order details, to forecast trends and generate reports for timely company updates.
• Actively facilitate cross-departmental communication to enhance coordination between production and sales for optimal efficiency.
