Position: Sales Manager
Salary: RM3,000 - RM3,500 + Commission
Working Days: Saturday - Thursday (Off day: Friday)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Location: Lot 819-C, Kampung Jambu, Jalan Kampung Rambutan Rendang, 15400 Kota Bharu, Kelantan



We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our client's sales team in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing long-term client relationships, and managing a dynamic sales force to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities



1) Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
2) Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to ensure individual and group performance goals are met.
3) Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, including corporate partners, homeowners, and project developers.
4) Prepare and present project proposals to clients, covering design concepts, budgets, and implementation timelines.
5) Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
6) Identify new market opportunities and potential strategic collaborations to expand client reach.
7) Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and service quality.
8) Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure project delivery meets client expectations.
9) Prepare regular sales reports for top management and recommend performance improvement strategies.
10) Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture through training, mentorship, and continuous motivation.

Requirements



1) Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
2) Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in interior design, construction, or property industry is an advantage).
3) Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
4) Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
5) Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
