Kelayakan

• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in sales; experience in doors, windows frames, or construction materials is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Result-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Able to travel and meet clients when required.

Tanggungjawab

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product solutions to customers.
• Conduct regular market research to understand competitors, pricing trends, and customer needs.
• Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Set monthly/quarterly targets and monitor sales achievements.
• Conduct coaching, product training, and performance evaluations.
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and installation schedules.
• Coordinate closely with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Handle customer complaints, issues, and after-sales service professionally.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
• Monitor sales forecasts, pipeline status, and market performance.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, sales activities, and project status.
