  • 5 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, business development, and team oversight.

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, lead, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance, motivation, and accountability.
