Position Title: Sales Manager

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM7,000- RM 12,000

\xc2\xb7 Lead and oversee a sales team, encompassing responsibilities such as providing

\xc2\xb7 guidance, coaching and mentorship.

\xc2\xb7 Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and address

\xc2\xb7 skill development needs within the team.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the team to identify, evaluate, and establish new sales channels.

\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the overall business goals.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor the performance of the team and team members against set targets and

\xc2\xb7 KPIs.

\xc2\xb7 Provide regular reports and updates to the leadership team on team performance.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that the team are adhere to contractual agreements and compliance

\xc2\xb7 requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Work with the finance and sales teams to develop sales forecasts and budgets.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the team to plan and execute sales initiatives effectively.

\xc2\xb7 Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to

\xc2\xb7 guide the team in adapting sales strategies accordingly

Job Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum with bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in the Software or IT industry is an added advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Has 5 years\' experience in Sales Management with strong customer service skills.

\xc2\xb7 At least 2 years\' experience in managerial position.

\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

\xc2\xb7 Strong experience coordinating with external partners.

\xc2\xb7 Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
