Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct thorough client needs analysis to determine the most suitable insurance products and coverage levels.
• Educate clients on different types of insurance policies, coverage options, premiums, and deductibles.
• Customize insurance packages to meet individual client needs and budget constraints.
• Prepare and present quotes to clients, explaining coverage details and terms of policies.
• Follow up with prospective clients to close sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details in the company\'s database.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with claims processing.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product offerings to effectively advise clients and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and underwriters to ensure timely processing of applications and policy issuance.
