Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by researching market trends and customer needs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
Lead and motivate the sales team to reach individual and team sales targets.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies for improvement.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and other teams for efficient sales execution.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards related to industrial gases.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-6 years' experience in sales within industrial gases or a related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
Deep knowledge of industrial gases and their applications across different industries.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer requirements for new business opportunities.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools.
Ability to work independently and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant educational background, typically in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
Knowledge of the local market and industry competitive landscape is a plus.
