about the role Strategy for Sales Team Overall responsibility for strategic planning and development of the business in the assigned territory Responsible for the execution of the team\'s strategy and plans to achieve growth, in line with the vision of the company Directly accountable for profitability and growth of the assigned accounts in the territory Sales Performance Ensure growth of Orange Business Services Business, and especially in Network Services business, in line with assigned budgets Oversee the long term sales direction and strategy in the assigned territory Understanding market segmentation and develop a Go-To-Market Sales Plan Working closely with the account teams and solution team in ensuring account plans are well executed on and continued growth in all key accounts. Develop plans to build opportunities pipeline (to exceed 3 x order-to-go-target by mid-year) Sales Excellence : Achieve delivery of committed sales targets through active participation in reviewing sales opportunities, in networking with potential customers\' senior management members and in driving the closure of the deals. Develop the Sales team into a dynamic force with the necessary training and tools to support the business Rigorous review of account plans by sales person. Develop pipeline to 3x order target by mid-year. Generate deep knowledge of revenue forecasts on a Customer by Customer basis, BU by BU, month by month. Hold regular 1:1 reviews with each member of sales team to gauge the pulse of the business. Prioritize sales opportunities and execution of delivery. Leverage opportunities with key partners Team Management : Working with GM, Country Management Team and APAC and Global Sales team to build a successful sales team in the assigned territory Apply the Orange Leadership Model Customer and market focus Drive transformation Manage talent Drive programs Set clear direction Work across the organisation Build and develop sales force capability to focus on higher value customized and consultative solution engagements. Foster a \'winning\' culture: Accountability, Ownership, Competitive, \'Passion-To-Win\' Manage the day-to-day operations eg. Sales targeting, Global Sales Compensation, transversal teaming, etc Generate collaborative relationships with large A-End Account and French Large Account owners, in order to drive growth of Global accounts through excellent global teaming about you Sales experience with a track record of success selling technology solutions, generating pipeline, and closing opportunities A passionate pipeline creator - prospecting and opening up new business opportunities is part of your daily process to overachieve your sales quota An existing network of enterprise client contacts in Malaysia Direct experience in enterprise sales as an individual contributor A confident communicator, comfortable speaking, and ability to build relationships with managers, executives, and peers. The role will suit a positive and energetic individual, a team player, self-motivated, results-driven, with excellent communications and organizational skills.
