Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven

Sales Executive / Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a passion for hospitality, and the drive to exceed sales targets. You will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client partnerships, and boosting hotel revenue across multiple market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Motivate

- Drive the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high performance.

Business Development

- Identify and convert new opportunities (corporate, government, B.E.O, groups) into revenue.

Event Sales Management

- Oversee the full sales cycle for banquets and corporate events, from planning to post-event follow-up.

Market & Data Analysis

- Monitor trends, analyze sales data, and recommend effective strategies for growth.

Client Relationship & Promotion

- Build strong client relationships and support sales promotions, blitzes, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

Possess at least Degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management / Marketing or equivalent. Min 5 years working experience and well knowledge in Sales & Marketing Division preferably in the Hotel Industry. Candidate with an existing corporate client database would be an added advantage. Experienced in closing sales above RM 400,000.00. Computer literate and possess good communication and written skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Good in personality and appearance, organizational, independent, detail-oriented & high level of integrity. Convenient to travel as well as work in outdoor setting and able to attend during event & long hours when needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
