Location : PenangSalary : RM commensurate with experiencejob description

• Overseeing the whole of sales and after-sales product sales in the Northern region markets of Malaysia for Machine Technology
• Services including punching and bending tools, service agreements, spare parts, software and retrofits
• Provide customer service support for the company products and services to customers in assigned area.
• Visit customers to share and offer service solutions (all Service products)
• Represent the company and provide support for representation at events such as exhibitions.
• Coordinate promotion of sales activities
• Selling (bundles of ) services with new machines.
• Implement and support local market strategy in collaboration with Regional Head Quarters
• Provide regular updates to General Manager
• Responsible for achieving sales target set by the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in sales and/or after-sales service, preferably in machinery or manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends in the machinery industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility, problem-solving, decision making abilities and customer orientation.
• Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.
• Be able to have frequent business travel with irregular base.
• Strong anti-pressure ability and strong sense of self-motivation and goal driven.
• Fluency in bilingual language (both written and spoken)
