Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Bangsar is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee and implement all sales activities. This role involves developing new accounts and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Managing daily sales activities and coaching your team to deliver to their full potentialHitting all personal and team sales goals to help us maximise profitabilityCreating and implementing sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, food and beverage and banquet salesProducing and reviewing monthly reports to monitor performanceDeveloping and maintaining relationships with key clients and outside contactsWhat we need from youFor you to be the ideal candidate, you should have the following:Bachelor\'s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related fieldFour or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing settingStrong knowledge of local businesses and business trends requiredFluent in English and Bahasa MalaysiaWhat we offerIn return we\'ll give you a competitive benefit package including, hotel discounts worldwide and the opportunity to progress your career with IHG\xc2\xae.
