At least 3 years experience in sales and 1 year experience in sales management.
Posses a diploma or degree in marketing, food and beverage management, hospitality/ hotel management or any relevant field.
Ability to work effectively in a diversified set-up and in a highly collaborative team environment.
Ability to verify the accuracy of documents and information presented.
Initiative in organizing sales activity and ability to execute action plan as confirmed.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with proven track record.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
To manage and lead a team of education sales supervisors and sales advisors in promoting various types of educational and consultation services by Rise Akademia Sdn Bhd(Company). .
To handhold, coach and manage.
To construct and develop a business plan and sales strategy to ensure the achievement of the assigned target by the Company.
To coach the group members in performing needs base selling in understanding customers\' business goals and needs, and to propose suitable educational and consultation services.
To provide training and necessary coaching to team members covering basic ethics, corporate culture, code of conduct, product knowledge, calling and selling skills, and basic advisory.
Conduct regular meetings with team members in goal setting and performance reviews.
To ensure team members consistently seek out and expand new clientele and maintain proper records via RM system as required by the Company.
To monitor and inspect the daily activity of team members to ensure productivity and that all plans are maintained in the system as required by the Company.
To ensure team members maintain proper follow-up report and conduct regular follow-up and visit to customers in regards to post-course progress, checkpoint meetings, coursework and business plan execution.
To join sales with team members as and when required.
To prepare regular performance monitoring report, sales analysis for management reporting purpose.
To involve in sales team management and conduct suitable recruitment activities to manage the team\'s productivity and headcount.
Adherence to the guidelines, and business policies and procedures and compliance with relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as required by the Company.
Assist in carrying out duty as assigned by the Company as and when required.
Continuous learning by attending meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.
