Having 5-7 years of experiences in managerial position in freight forwarder/logistics
Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in related field of study
Having sales & marketing skills
Strong people management skills required
Operation and freight knowledge preferred
Must posses\' own transport

Responsibilities

To promote services and plan business strategies to meet the customers\' business objective
Aggressively source and secure new accounts and business
Maintain of good, professional working relationship and effective communication with existing, new customers and all internal department, affiliates office and partners
Achieve sales target and ensure all business transaction meet P&L objectives
Monitor and ensure prompt payments for customer receivable
Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting to the immediate supervisor
Perform any other job related as assigned by immediate supervisor
Identify new business opportunities by research, identifying and evaluating the prospect in the industry
