Drive company sales through developing sales strategy Recruit and support new business partners (agents) Expand agent network Implementing sales commission structure Maintain and strengthen relationships with agents Assist in planning and executing growth strategies for the network Conduct presentations and training when necessary

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or network marketing Experience in the MLM/direct selling industry is an added advantage; OR experience in selling insurance can be considered. Understand and able to implement sales commission structure Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team environment Willing to travel when required Language required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

Benefits:

Basic salary + attractive commission

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
