Our client is a multinational company (MNC) providing metal technology and manufacturing services, including metal treatment, coating, machining, and fabrication. The company supports industries such as consumer goods, industrial equipment, and semiconductor manufacturing.

Job Summary

The Sales Manager reports to the Deputy Managing Director, Sales and leads a team of 2 Key Account Managers, 1 Sales Engineer, and 3 Customer Service Officers. You will drive sales, customer management, and market development for the company's engineering and manufacturing solutions, such as metal stamping, laser cutting, CNC drilling, and sheet metal fabrication, focusing on industrial and semiconductor clients.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.

- Develop annual sales forecasts, budgets, and plans.

- Identify and grow new business opportunities.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.

- Work closely with HQ in China on strategy and communication.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

- Min. 8 years of sales experience in Metal Stamping or Sheet Metal Fabrication (mandatory).

- Proven team leadership skills.

- Strong knowledge of industrial and semiconductor markets.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Fluent in Mandarin (written & spoken) - required to liaise with HQ.

Malaysian citizens only.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
