Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager with strong business acumen to lead our sales team and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business operations and market dynamics, with the ability to translate insights into effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase revenue.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support to ensure continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align strategies.

- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports and business analysis to management.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism throughout the sales process.

Requirements:



- Proven experience in a sales management role.

- Strong business knowledge and strategic thinking ability.

- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.

- Experience in setting and meeting sales targets.

- Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
