Open Position: Sales Manager (MNC Integrated Manufacturing Company)

A MNC Integrated Manufacturing company is currently hiring for a Sales Manager to join them in the Johor Office.

Key responsibilities include:

-Possess a Diploma/Degree in any related field.

-At least 5 years working experience in plastic manufacturing process or its equivalent.

-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.

-Set sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify their needs, and ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop and launch effective sales campaigns and promotions.

-Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to enhance sales performance.

-Strong leadership abilities with the skills to inspire and motivate a sales team.

-Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

-Extensive knowledge in using office products such as word, excel, powerpoint, etc.

-Proficient in English language in both writing and speaking.
