Lead the team: Manage and inspire the sales team to enhance overall performance and productivity.
Build relationships: Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders.
Stay competitive: Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to adjust sales strategies effectively.
Report progress: Regularly communicate sales performance and market developments to senior management.
Installation & Support: Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical systems post-sale.
Product Expertise: Understand the design, function, and technical specs of products or systems inside out.
Technical Customization: Work with clients to tailor solutions to their specific engineering needs.
Understanding technical products or services deeply enough to explain them to clients in a compelling way.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) and equivalent
At least 5 years' experience in technical sales, or engineering roles
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Work base in Pasir Gudang, Johor office
