s \xe2\x80\xa2 The Sales Manager will have a high level of autonomy in developing new business. The incumbent is expected to be a self-starter and able to work at a fast pace in a very dynamic business environment and must be able to handle multiple tasks across different market segments and see them through completion. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required to maintain existing business and develop new products of new-to-the-company\xe2\x80\x99s industry or new business channel to the company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Builds a growth portfolio of short, medium and long-term opportunities with high probability of success. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develops and executes strategic account plans to achieve sales goals and value-creating objectives in assigned territories, in alignment with business strategies and marketing plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Builds relationships across multiple functions within internal and external customers and influencers \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with counterparts or principals for smoother operation, costing issue and to achieve target set. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establishing and maintaining strong relationship with existing and new potential customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide timely technical solutions to customers (Know-how). \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep abreast with market trend and development in order to effectively execute sales strategy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and participate in industry trade show, seminars and other networking sessions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure prompt payment collection from customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing subordinates. Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated ability to develop strong customer relationships and converting opportunities to sales \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably 5 years prior work experience in Technical Sales or Customer Account Management roles. \xe2\x80\xa2 Track record in driving innovation strategy is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant experience in the industry of Electronics (Printed Circuit Board - PCB or Printed Circuit Board Assembly - PCBA) is regarded. \xe2\x80\xa2 Business acumen, highly driven, team player and result orientated. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to develop and manage New Business for the company will be prioritized in this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be proactive, outgoing, flexible person and have good interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to travel outstation or regionally when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma or Degree or its equivalent.
