QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration / Management / Economics / Marketing or equivalent. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in related field. Proficient in analyzing, planning, strategizing, and recommending actions or approaches related to sales and marketing activities. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A self-starter with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting. Display a pleasant personality and a customer-oriented approach. Demonstrate strong client relationship and customer service skills. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Willing to travel, possess a valid driving license and own car. Familiarity with data management, data analytics, and the business ecosystem is a plus. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for the achievement of the sales target, objectives, and budget outlined for the fiscal year. Analyses and formulates business strategies, identifying suitable ventures, potential targets, and partnership opportunities. Conduct market research and analysis on various aspects such as market potential, demand, regulatory requirements, development of business plans, and financial models. Identifies and creates new business prospects to enhance company revenue and expansion. Coordinates the company\'s services/products for specific clients while representing their interests within the company and acting as their primary point of contact. May serve as a direct liaison with key customers. Identifies client needs, determines availability, promotes services, outlines processes and associated materials, provides quotations and contracts, manages customer documentation, mediates processes, resolves issues, and communicates job status. Plays a pivotal advisory role by offering client consultation on, but not limited to, Big Dataworks products, services, and underlying industry fundamentals. Accountable for comprehending the client\'s organization and structure, understanding their products/services, and staying abreast of client updates and changes. Maintains and updates client records with any modifications. Ensures proper billing procedures and communication. Cultivates and promotes positive relationships with customers. Reviews client history and follows up with customers as necessary. Monitors competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new offerings, delivery schedules, approach, and strategy. Participates in executing marketing activities to acquire and retain new client accounts. Responsible for accurately and promptly preparing orders; initiates work orders, generates inventory reports, facilitates and coordinates work orders, and manages data receipt. Responsible for keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Participate in team meetings and share best practices with colleagues. Any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Company.
