Description Primary Objective: Lead a team Assistant Sales Manager and Sales Consultant towards achievement of Islamic Personal Financing (PF-i) target. Provide leadership and amanagement to Sales Consultants PF-i. Assist BDM to foster relationship with government agencies and pensioner related associations Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning Develop, implement and manage business plan to maximise sales and achieve targets & busienss KPIs Sales Management Establish and ensure sales targets are met by all staff Personally solicit and drive sales to ensure team overall objectives/sales are maximized motivate, guide and coach sales staff Jointly develop and plan for marketing and sales campaigns Leverage on community relationships to maximize sales Develop and maintain a network of local business contacts Cross selling of other retail banking such as ASB, PF-i, Credit Cards and etc. Compliance Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank Oversight on code of ethic of ASM/SC PF of sales process and activities Staff Management Jointly plan for recruitment and retention of sales personnel Motivate, coaching and mentoring sales personnel for peak performance Customer Service Management Anticipates customers\' needs to deliver quality service, customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s). Minimum 3 years experience in sales and management.
