Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Sales Department Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers Oversee group bookings, banquets, and corporate packages Conduct sales meetings, negotiations, and presentations Monitor market trends and competitor activities Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews Coordinate with operations, front office, and F&B teams Guide and support the sales team to meet targets

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in hotel/resort sales or similar role Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Good command of Bahasa Melayu & English Well-presented, professional, and target-driven Able to work independently and lead a team Knowledge of corporate, government, and travel markets is an advantage
