The Sales Manager is responsible for handling Sales and marketing of PureCircle Stevia portfolio in all categories, like Beverages, Dairy, Savory and Bakery. Core Responsibilities Responsible for sales and business development across the country for categories like Beverages, Dairy, Savory and Bakery. Coordinate with technical team and business development team in order to increase the customer base and also generate new projects. Coordinating with new prospects and developing new business, price decision and negotiation, would be key responsibilities. Collaborate with technical team to develop prototypes to show to customers during customer visits, addressing any technical queries. Collaborate with Business development team to work on new trends and new concepts that are regionally driven for better business. Key account Management, margin management. Coordinate with Supply chain team and customer service team to ensure more than 95% OTIF to customers. Distribution management - Manages and trains the go-to-market team in application specific areas as needed to reach maximum self-sufficiency in selling our solutions and expand customer base. Qualified Candidates Will Have Degree - Food Science or Technology is preferred. Work experience - Min. 7 years of Industrial experience specifically in Ingredient sales.
