Requirements
  • Achieve at least Diploma.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales and market development experience in FMCG / daily chemical products.
  • Proven experience in managing sales teams; experience in large enterprises or key account management is preferred.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
  • Strong strategic planning and business acumen with the ability to formulate effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive team performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills based on data and market research.
  • Market insight and innovation mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and resolve issues effectively.
  • High resilience and adaptability, capable of maintaining efficiency and positivity in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
Market Development & Business Management
  • Responsible for market expansion, channel development, and product sales within the assigned region to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and marketing strategies to drive sustainable business growth.
Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain existing client relationships and actively develop new clients to expand market share.
  • Gather client requirements, contribute to product and policy discussions, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Strategy & Market Analysis
  • Formulate and execute regional sales targets and action plans in line with company strategy.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to provide forecasts and recommendations and optimize sales strategies.
Team Leadership & Management
  • Recruit, train, and lead the sales team to build strong execution capability.
  • Implement team evaluation and incentive systems to improve overall performance.
Process Optimization & Execution
  • Optimize sales processes to ensure standardization and efficiency in operations.
  • Assist in developing sales management systems and performance evaluation standards.
