Drive profitable sales growth for existing and new customers within the company\'s portfolio and markets. Implement global strategies, policies, and processes in the sub-region. Lead bid teams in compiling technical and commercial responses to tenders. Present at conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings. Support external sales channels in the region. Collaborate actively with other department teams (aftermarket services, operations, engineering, project management) in the subregion. Foster effective teamwork within the South East Asia Sales team, APAC regional team, and HQ functions. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant technical discipline with a minimum of 3 years of work experience. Strong understanding of mapping and scientific sonar technology and its applications. Knowledge or exposure about hydrography/marine science/oceanography/marine geology/geophysics, marine sensors, hydroacoustic, marine survey is added advantage. Previous sales experience, including knowledge of relevant commercial, research, and naval markets in the region. Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills. Positive attitude, self-driven, and effective communication skills. Ability to work methodically, follow procedures, and utilize CRM tools.
