A successful Sales Manager should have:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within industrial or engineering sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and solve problems.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus.
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
