About the role

To provide supporting leadership role for Franchise Manager by taking an active role in the mentoring and coaching of sales team members in achieving profitable sales growth. Additionally to develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs ) and Healthcare Providers (HCP) relationships within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Mentor and develop a high performing sales team to deliver against key strategic requirements in Malaysia

Deliver against S+N Group and Region strategy with clear business plan for Advanced Wound Management in Malaysia ensuring growth of focus brands

Promote the S+N culture and a positive working environment

Ensure accurate and timely forecasting

Be responsible for data analysis, administration, planning and budgetary management

Know and stay up to date on the market, competitor intelligence and development in the healthcare sector

Minimum requirements

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Minimum of 2-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sales management within healthcare/hospital

Above 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in healthcare/medical device sales management with direct reports of team of four

Proven track record in sales management

Preferred requirements

Strong business acumen and strategic analytics
