Position Title Sales Manager

\xe3\x83\xbbResponsible for both Sales & Marketing activities for regions. Sales performance is gauge in Annual KPI.

\xe3\x83\xbbManage and responsible for specification team to actively pursue specification project selling and to maintain an active and accurate project tracking list.

\xe3\x83\xbbPrepare and update weekly, monthly and yearly Sales projection report.

\xe3\x83\xbbProvide strong leadership for sales and marketing teams to ensure the achievement of sales target and expenses control.

\xe3\x83\xbbPreparation of the sales & marketing plans for designated product(s) in accordance with strategy and direction.

\xe3\x83\xbbEnsure proper implementation of sales & marketing plan by maximizing sales force measures as the best in relation to industry trends.

\xe3\x83\xbbEnsure effective allocation for material plan implementation of resources. Manage the inventory in accordance with agreed plans and policy.

\xe3\x83\xbbEnsure business growth positively to ensure profitability.

\xe3\x83\xbbGuide and coach staffs on professional knowledge and job-related skills

\xe3\x83\xbbSet up KPIs to appraise staff\'s performance.

\xe3\x83\xbbSet up and manage customer\'s profile, develop potential new customers as per KPI.

\xe3\x83\xbbManage and monitor account receivables collections.

\xe3\x83\xbbAttend matters regarding collections issues including legal cases.

\xe3\x83\xbbLook for potential principals to widen business activities and cooperate with other departments to fulfil assigned tasks.

\xe3\x83\xbbProvide regular feedback about the general market conditions, trends and competitors moves in the assigned regions.

\xe3\x83\xbbAny other duties as assigned and approved by Managing Director / General Manager Sales.

Location Selangor
Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93tertiary level of education Degree in Engineering (Civil / Building) or Construction chemical materials is preferable.

\xe2\x9c\x93 The job holder must have at least more than 5 years\' experience in Sales & Marketing in relevant Engineering post for relevant construction materials chemical field.

\xe2\x9c\x93Solid understanding of waterproofing, concrete repair, coating technologies and other building material technologies is highly desirable.

\xe2\x9c\x93Solid understanding of specification works with architects / consultant network will be an added advantage.

\xe2\x9c\x93Good personal qualities such as discipline, leadership, positive attitude and other abilities such as planning, organizing, control and effective communication.

\xe2\x9c\x93Willing to travel for business purposes within Malaysia.
