: Responsible for both Sales & Marketing activities for regions. Sales performance is gauge in Annual KPI. Manage and responsible for specification team to actively pursue specification project selling and to maintain an active and accurate project tracking list. Prepare and update weekly, monthly and yearly Sales projection report. Provide strong leadership for sales and marketing teams to ensure the achievement of sales target and expenses control. Preparation of the sales & marketing plans for designated product(s) in accordance with strategy and direction. Ensure proper implementation of sales & marketing plan by maximizing sales force measures as the best in relation to industry trends. Ensure effective allocation for material plan implementation of resources. Manage the inventory in accordance with agreed plans and policy. Ensure business growth positively to ensure profitability. Guide and coach staffs on professional knowledge and job-related skills Set up KPIs to appraise staff\'s performance. Set up and manage customer\'s profile, develop potential new customers as per KPI. Manage and monitor account receivables collections. Attend matters regarding collections issues including legal cases. Look for potential principals to widen business activities and cooperate with other departments to fulfil assigned tasks. Provide regular feedback about the general market conditions, trends and competitors moves in the assigned regions. Any other duties as assigned and approved by Managing Director / General Manager Sales. Required work experience : tertiary level of education Degree in Engineering (Civil / Building) or Construction chemical materials is preferable. The job holder must have at least more than 5 years\' experience in Sales & Marketing in relevant Engineering post for relevant construction materials chemical field. Solid understanding of waterproofing, concrete repair, coating technologies and other building material technologies is highly desirable. Solid understanding of specification works with architects / consultant network will be an added advantage. Good personal qualities such as discipline, leadership, positive attitude and other abilities such as planning, organizing, control and effective communication. Willing to travel for business purposes within Malaysia.
