Summary
You will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue by developing strong relationships with long-stay corporate clients, relocation companies, project-based businesses, and other key segments. The role focuses on promoting the serviced residence product, securing new business, and retaining existing clients through effective sales strategies and account management.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in hospitality sales, preferably in the serviced apartment or extended-stay segment.
Strong client management and negotiation skills with a proven track record in B2B sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the local corporate market and relocation trends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce).
Degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
