  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or key account management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret market information, and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, LPG, Industrial Gas, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and understanding customer acquisition cost
  • Strong expertise in market expansion, lead generation and capability development
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a database of potential customers and leads
  • Exceptional analytical, problem- solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia and strong proficiency in spoken Mandarin is an added advantage, negotiation,, energetic and persuasion skills
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in delivering impactful presentations to clients. computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Able to work independently, multitasking, work under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Team player with a positive working attitude.
  • Must be able to travel outstation at short notice.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
  • Develop, plan, and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential key accounts.
  • Drive sales growth through prospecting, cross-selling, and upselling activities.
  • Prepare annual sales forecasts, budgets, and performance plans.
Business Development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and secure contracts for both new and renewal business.
  • Represent the company during client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.
Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Monitor pricing trends, demand fluctuations, and market developments.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to management based on market insights.
Sales Operations & Reporting
  • Oversee daily sales operations and ensure all processes follow company standards.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management review.
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline progress, and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure all quotations, proposals, and tender submissions are accurate and submitted on time.
Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify training needs.
  • Support team members in resolving customer issues and closing deals.
  • Foster a high-performance, results-driven sales culture.
Industry-Specific Responsibilities (For Oil & Gas / LPG / Petroleum)
  • Maintain strong technical understanding of LPG, fuel products, and related systems.
  • Ensure sales activities comply with industry standards, HSSE policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to meet customer needs and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Manage commercial and industrial accounts, including pricing, contract terms, and credit management
