What You'll Do

Drive sales growth for our portfolio of commercial drone and geospatial solutions. Engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and budgets. Present solutions, prepare proposals and tenders, and manage the full sales cycle. Build strong relationships with the government, corporations, associations, NGOs, and other stakeholders. Manage your sales pipeline in our CRM and give clear forecasts. Participate in industry demos, exhibitions, and training programmes.

What We're Looking For

At least 5 years of experience in B2B or B2G sales. Confident communicator in English and Bahasa Malaysia with professional presentation and negotiation skills. Most of us in AECA Solutionsunderstand more than 2 languages p Highly driven, organised, and independent. Strong people skills and a professional personality. Willingness to travel frequently, both locally and abroad. In cities and sometimes into remote areas with no wifi or phone reception. Any educational background is welcome, including finance, accounting, mass communication, international business, law, engineering, surveying, aerospace, or even computer science. Must possess a valid driving licence.
