Promote and sell sickles and agricultural tools, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and farmers, providing after-sales support and tailored solutions.
Develop distribution channels in rural and plantation areas, and coordinate product promotions, demonstrations, and awareness campaigns.
Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and recommend strategies to stay competitive.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
Age: 30- 45 years old
Experience: 3-5 years in sales, preferably in agriculture, palm oil industry, or related field
Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and customer insights
Language: Able to speak and write basic English OR communicate in both Malay and English
Attributes: Self-motivated, result-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively, especially to rural and semi-urban regions
