Source, evaluate, and qualify tenders, RFQs, and project leads across IT, HealthTech, Fuel Management, and ELV sectors.
Manage the complete tender process, from market intelligence and proposal preparation to submission, clarification, and post-award follow-up ensuring compliance with client and government procurement guidelines.
Build and sustain trusted relationships with ministries, government agencies, and corporate clients to position client as a preferred partner for technology-driven solutions.
Conduct client needs analysis and recommend end-to-end solutions involving IT systems, HealthTech, smart building technologies, and fuel automation systems.
Collaborate with technical, finance, and operations teams to develop commercially viable, technically sound proposals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving procurement policies to inform management strategy and product direction.
Represent at briefings, client meetings, and industry exhibitions to enhance visibility and partnership opportunities.
Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities, opportunity pipelines, and deal outcomes for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, ,Software Development Marketing, or a related field.
8-12 years of experience in IT business development, tender management, or technology solution sales.
Demonstrated success in contributing to project wins and meeting revenue targets.
Technical Awareness:
-Familiar with IT system integration (Network, Server, Firewall, Wireless).
-Basic understanding of
Healthcare Technology (HIS, RFID)

Fuel Management Systems

ELV / Smart Building Solutions

-Exposure to cloud, virtualization, enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and Microsoft enterprise platforms.
-Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Own transport and willingness to travel within Klang Valley and nationwide as required.
