Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager/Specialist/Executive at Medical Innovation Ventures Sdn. Bhd. located in Bayan Lepas. The Sales Manager/Specialist/Executive will be responsible as below but not limited to: Develop prospective accounts from wide variety of industry sectors, both domestic and for new stream of sales revenue. Generate new sales lead via sets of sales methodologies, including but not limited to sales pitch emailing, user decision making analysis and account strategy plan creation. Establishes and maintains business relationships, within the assigned territory with current customers to generate recurring business and maintain the health of account. Actively and constantly promote company products via solution-based selling and product presentation to the prospective customers. Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers. Oversee and report customer\'s demand, product development, site issues, interests, competitor\'s activities, and potential for new products and services development. Commit for excellent customer service and technical support. Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management. Customize various strategies to cover and satisfy customer needs. Identify common customer support issues related to Mediven\'s products. Develop, manage and expand customers\' base in medical industry. Manages and builds key customers relationship by promoting full range of products and services. To prepare documents and perform special tasks upon request from Sales Manager and Operations Director or designated personnel. Qualifications Preferably hold a Master/Degree in Life Sciences/nursing or a related medical sciences field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare or medical sales Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to achieve shared goals Sales-driven and results-oriented with a high degree of self-motivation. Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
