Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Kajang. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential customers, developing marketing strategies, managing sales activities, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will also conduct product and services knowledge to support the growth in achieving sales objectives. Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to meet organizational goals is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members Proven skills in sales, including identifying leads, closing deals, and meeting sales targets Experience in training and equipping teams to enhance their sales and customer engagement abilities Expertise in sales management to develop, implement, and oversee sales strategies and team performance Proficiency in developing marketing initiatives and campaigns Ability to analyze market trends and drive business growth Relevant educational background, such as a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in Interior Design or similar roles is advantageous
