Job Description
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Higher or equivalent.
- Preferrable with 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced and specializing in property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Required to work on weekend and Public Holidays
- Assist in Marketing plan proposal & execution.
- Co-ordinate A & P execution.
- Set up roadshow/sales exhibition/events.
- Submit report to MOH, Napic & LPHS.
- Apply DL & AP
- Renewal of DL & AP
- Upkeep sales office/gallery & show units
- Asst Sales Kit Development
- Sales Report
- Update Market Survey
- Updates sales, administration and credit
- Sales of properties
- Attend to sales enquiries.
- Post-mortem of sales launched.
- Timely sales Follow-up: -
- SPA and Loan Agreement execution
- Feedback to Management on market sentiments
- Sales performance report
- Database update
- Assist to develop Homeowner manual.
