Job Description

Job Responsibilities



Assist the Sales & Marketing Executive in daily operations and client coordination. Promote and market the company's lift maintenance and service packages. Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers. Manage customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate with the technical and maintenance teams for service scheduling. Support marketing campaigns, social media updates, and promotional activities. Maintain proper records of sales, customer information, and documentation. Prepare sales and performance reports for management review. Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and departmental goals. Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Requirements



Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently. Possess own transport is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
