Job Description


  • Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in sales or marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • With at least 2 years working experience in sales, marketing, advertising, and brand management.
  • Fresh graduated to be undergone the On-The-Job Training.
  • Good understanding and extensive knowledge of strategic planning principles, marketing best
  • practices, market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
IT skills and proficient in MS Office and marketing software. * Familiarity with social media and web analytics e.g. WebTrends.
  • Experience in website design and content development, experience in copywriting.
  • Digital marketing / advertising expertise.
  • Experience crafting spreadsheet and other data collection / presentation methods.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
  • Communication skills and networking ability.
  • Strong organization and time-management abilities.
  • Good teamwork and people skills.
  • Adaptability.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
Responsibilities
  • Getting in the clients data online and do the tele-marketing by calls according to the training calendar and target given.
  • Issuing emails with training brochures and calendar to clients with registration forms.
  • Preparing quotation or proposal for In-house courses, if any, after the confirmation pricing and terms given by the Manager or management.
  • Updating new clients data into the system - Zoho Campaign.
  • Updating the IICS exam into IICS Exam Assessment List from the IDC Server according to
  • TechKnowledge and Professional Certification Service Group Portal data showed.
  • Communicate closely with clients on the training needs and requirements.
  • Keep tracks for all the training registrations, modules, programs, schedules, trainers until endprocess.
  • Prepare for training programs such as compiling and distributing the course notes and attendance list.
  • Maintain and update training records into the system.
  • Determine effective promotional channels including different types of media channels to deliver the information to consumers.
  • Design and oversee advertisement layouts, establish and maintain digital media campaigns.
  • Cooperate and work closely with sales and technical teams to implement campaigns and lead generation programs.
  • Collect and analyze market research data and apply IT to current projects / activities.
  • Provide updated status monthly reports with statistics concerning current marketing projects.
  • Foster and manage positive customer relationships.
  • Negotiating and convincing the customers / clients on any disagreeable pricing or costing.
  • To review and analyze key marketing strategies and to improve, and to tweak the same efficacy.
  • To work closely with the rest of the creative team and even approach external marketing agencies when required.
  • To review marketing budget as a whole.
  • Consult market research to assess current trends and brand awareness.
  • Network with suppliers, partner organizations, large contractors, and other professionals
