Ltd. and it affiliates (\'AiMed Group\') is a Singapore based start-up and technology company building a healthcare ecosystem with a network of hospitals in Southeast Asia through merging and partnerships - a region afflicted with shortages of doctors, nurses, and other medical personnel, medical equipment and facilities. The AiMed Group ecosystem will provide common medical services and products to improve the level of medical care and making private healthcare more accessible in Southeast Asia. AiMed Group is also utilizing Generative AI, amongst the first globally, and introducing cutting edge medical technologies and devices into the market. AiMed Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of AiMed Pte. Ltd., is seeking a motivated, dynamic and results-driven professional as Sales & Marketing Associate Manager who can drive growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. The role will be rewarding in terms of personal growth and potentially rapid career development being part of a health-tech platform company like no other. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team. Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment. Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. 2. Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote our platform and convert potential users into active users. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. 3. Brand Awareness: Take full accountability for the success of event/activities/campaigns related to our platform. Plan and execute promotional activities increase brand awareness. Qualifications : Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 3-5 years Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment of entrepreneurial organization
