Post regular promotions, updates, and content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
Support the sales team in following up with leads and maintaining client relationships.
Monitor and respond to messages and comments on social media platforms.
Create simple graphics or captions for promotions using basic tools (e.g., Canva).
Coordinate with design/marketing teams for larger promotional materials.
Maintain an up-to-date database of customers and marketing leads.
